West End Boutique Hotel Sanderson is teaming up with alcohol innovators Smith & Sinclair to create a spectacular sensory cocktail pop-up in the hotel's Purple Bar. Known for its groundbreaking 'edible cocktails', Smith & Sinclair will be offering a selection of alcoholic experiences, featuring the chance to drink liquids that magically transform in flavour and colour whilst being served and consumed, as well as scented lollipops served with alcoholic dib-dabs and festive-infused vapours, designed to get you in the Christmas mood. Launching on the 18th of November and running until Christmas Eve, additional goodies are available at the pop-up shop next door to the bar, which will be selling take-home experiences such as edible perfumes (perfect for garnishing your Christmas cocktails), cocktail pastilles in flavours such as gin and tonic and whisky sour, and alcoholic sherbets. Warning: drinking regular cocktails will henceforth feel distinctly average.
