With Christmas only a few weeks away, there are plenty of exciting seasonal collaborations popping up across the city, but none more quintessentially British than fine jewellery brand Boodles and the historic The Savoy hotel, who are teaming up this year to create a festive experience to remember. The Christmas tree housed in the Savoy's grand entrance hall has been decked out in Boodles's iconic pink for the occasion, with ombre and mirrored details to match the 'diamonds and ice' theme selected for this year. Bespoke decorations inspired by some of the jewellery brand's most iconic designs have been created using cut mirror, which hang alongside deco squares and rectangles that reflect the design heritage of the hotel. Guests can post their Christmas wish through a post box positioned next to the tree and upload a festive image onto instagram for a chance to win a special piece of Boodles fine jewellery. The winning card will be chosen at random by Boodles Chairman Nicholas Wainwright after the holiday period.

In addition to the tree, Champagne house Louis Roederer has also collaborated with the hotel to build a stunning ice rink collaboration housed in the Thames Foyer, featuring a life-size ice skater created by sculptor Gareth Knowles, inspired by a child's jewellery box. Arguably the best way to enjoy the festive installations is with a Festive Afternoon Tea, featuring pale pink Boodles-inspired patisserie and Louis Roederer Rose cuvée – available to enjoy throughout the festive period. If you weren't feeling festive already, a trip to the Savoy should definitely get you in the mood.
