Lovers of a bubbly tipple will be pleased to hear that Champagne house Moet & Chandon have just launched the Moet Academy at the Condé Nast College in Soho, providing guests with the chance to immerse themselves in the fascinating journey from grape to glass. Recipients of a royal warrant to supply Champagne to HRH Queen Elizabeth, Moet & Chandon lay claim to 270 years as one of the world's best loved Champagne brands, and the Academy promises the chance to sample the house's full range of champagnes, including the new Moet Grand Vintage Rosé 2008, which will be available to sample months ahead of the official launch. Guiding you through the experience will be Champagne experts Susie Barrie and Peter Richards, Jane Parkinson and Simon Stockton who will bring the flavours of each sparkling wine to life. In addition, the Academy will also feature the chance to experience an immersive 360 degree virtual reality tour through the brand's vineyards, uncovering the history behind the region and the science used to create the perfect glass of champagne.

The academy will be running until the 3rd of April and tickets are priced at £45 per person. Click here to book your place.
